If we are unable to fix any issues and the customer has followed all of the Website's terms and conditions, we will not charge a fee for the incident-based Service. If a customer has been charged but is dissatisfied with the solution, the customer may contact us within fifteen (3) days of receiving the service, and we will make commercially reasonable attempts to address the problem at no additional cost.
